Maintenance Manual

The TurfSoft TS2 machine is an essential accessory in the maintenance work of the paddle and tennis courts with artificial turf. It decomposes, cleans, sucks, brushes, and redistributes the sand on the track. We do maintenance of glass, screws, painting, etc.

Cleaning

We recommend, for inorganic matter and tree leaves, the use of a rake, this way we make sure not to spoil or uproot the lawn.

Another technique intended for cleaning the animal droppings and dust is simply watering with hose.

Water and soap; with a water and soap solution we take care of possible stains caused, for example the ones from a drink, and after that watering with a hose is enough.

It is discouraged to use strong chemical products into the lawn.

It is important to remove the stains in time, since if they are solidified or attached to the artificial turf, then it will be more difficult to remove it and return it to its normal characteristics. Therefore, we recommend watering the lawn regularly.

Maintenance

First, we recommend brushing the lawn once a month depending the use you are giving it, perhaps in the case of a public park more than once.

Watering the lawn helps to keep it clean as well as lowering the temperature in the hottest months. Eventually it is recommended to apply a sanitizer to prevent bugs or bacteria from settling on the lawn.

If you notice that the lawn looses over time some verticality, we recommend throwing a new layer of sand since is possible that the existing one has been displaced due to the use.

The sand itself will maintain the freshness of the irrigation, so as we can see, is good for everything, temperature maintenance, cleanliness, and useful life.

Security

It is essential to keep away elements that can cause burns, such as cigarettes, etc…, and to avoid as much as possible landslides of furniture, benches, chairs, etc…
